Service Description
Leadership Coaching offers personalised, one-to-one support tailored to your current context and goals. Each session is shaped around your needs, whether you are navigating a new leadership role, managing complex challenges, or preparing for your next step. Coaching focuses on practical strategies, clear thinking, and building confidence in real leadership situations. Common areas of focus include: - Navigating a new leadership role - Leading teams and managing people - Difficult conversations - Preparing for leadership opportunities Sessions are focused, practical and designed to create immediate impact.
Cancellation Policy
Individual session bookings may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the session, and non-attendance, are not refundable. For package holders, sessions cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be returned to the participant’s package balance, subject to the package expiry date. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours, or missed without notice, will be treated as used and the session credit will not be returned. If MASE Leadership cancels or materially reschedules a session, participants may choose a full refund for the affected session or transfer their booking to another available session.
