Meet Matt
I've spent close to two decages working in education in the UK and Australia, across teaching, middle leadership and senior leadership roles.
I've led teams, curriculum and assessment, supported staff through change and worked with colleagues at different stages of their leadership journey.
Like many leaders, I've learned plenty through the moments that didn't go perfectly. Those experiences are an important part of why I created MASE.
I set up MASE Leadership to pass on lessons I've learned along the way and be a sounding board for those starting their leadership journey.
