Cancellation Policy

MASE Leadership – Booking & Participation Terms By enrolling in a MASE Leadership program, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment & Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the program. Your enrolment is confirmed upon successful payment. 2. Program Commitment This program is designed as a structured, sequential professional learning experience. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions to maximise impact and continuity. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the first session may be eligible for a refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the program commencement are non-refundable. Once the program has commenced, refunds are not available. 4. Missed Sessions Due to the cohort-based nature of the program, missed sessions cannot be transferred or refunded. Where possible, supporting materials may be provided at the discretion of MASE Leadership. 5. Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to a future program intake (subject to availability and approval). 6. Delivery Format Sessions are delivered online via a designated platform (Microsoft Teams). Participants are responsible for ensuring access to a suitable device, internet connection, and a professional learning environment. 7. Professional Conduct Participants are expected to engage respectfully and contribute positively to discussions. MASE Leadership reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund. 8. Program Changes MASE Leadership reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session timing, content, or delivery where necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund. 9. Intellectual Property All materials provided as part of the program remain the intellectual property of MASE Leadership and are not to be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission. 10. Disclaimer While the program is designed to support professional growth, MASE Leadership does not guarantee specific career outcomes or promotions.
