Meet Matt

I’ve spent close to two decades working in education in the UK and Australia, across teaching, middle leadership and senior leadership roles.
 

I created MASE to help support the next generation of leaders and build a strong leadership base for the future

It's also true that leadership can be challenging and, at times, surprisingly isolating. Too often, leaders are expected to just know the answer — and it can be difficult to ask for help when they don't.

I've set up MASE Leadership to pass on lessons I've learned along that way and be a sounding board for those starting their leadership journey.
